Routine annual labs
FASTING BLOOD SUGAR
- All adults ge 19-75, yearly
LIPD PANEL
- All adults age 19-75, yearly
Recommended Adult immunizations
Td every 10 years / TdaP once
- All adults >19yr
PNEUMOCOCCAL (PPSV 23 preferred to PCV 13)
- Once at age 65yr or above.
- Must be repeated at 65yr if given earlier
FLU VACCINE
- Yearly, all patients
ZOSTER VACCINE
- Once at age 65yr or above.
VARICELLA
- 2 doses if not already immunized
MMR
- 2 doses if not already immunized
Recommended cancer screening Protocol
MAMMOGRAM
- Females,
- 40-49 yr: One time only
- 50-79 yr: at least every 2 yrs
COLON CANCER SCREEN
- Age 50 -75 yrs, male & female
PAP SMEAR (with GC/Chlamydia if sexually active)
- Females, 18-21yr or at onset of sexual activity till 65 yrs
PROSTATE CANCER SCREEN
- Digital rectal exam & PSA for men >50. Not recommended by USTFPS

Now that you know that the adult annual exam is very important, call us today if you or your loved one have not had an annual adult physical in the last 12 months. We accept all insurances. With the Affordable Care Act 'Obamacare' legislation, all insurance companies are mandated to provide free coverage for annual physical exams. And even if you don't have health insurance, we will give you a discount and make sure that the facilites that do your labs, Pap smears and mammogram will also give you a discount through us.
