The core of the Charter Medical Center is the Family Practice office of Oladele Olusanya MD PA, with additional on site suites for Pharmacy, Imaging, Labs, Urology, Weight Loss and Rehab.
Located in south Dallas in the busy Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area, this facility is located in the unique Southwest Medical Community, comprising physicians' offices, nursing homes and rehab facilities within a stone throw of the busy Methodist Charlton acute care Hospital with its level 3 Emergency Department. Thus, our clients are afforded the convenience of referrals to a variety of specialists nearby, including dental and eye care, and easy proximity to a top-rate hospital. Our location is served by the DART public transport system.

All the health services available at the Charter Medical are accessible to clients on the Medicare and Medicare programs, as well as practically all the commercial insurance plans in Texas. Private pay patients are welcome, and discount fees are offered to indigent individuals who qualify.

Saturday: 10am to 2 pm

Do not call simply to ask health related questions because our physician does not treat over the telephone. We prefer you make an appointment in order to be seen and examined. If you call after normal hours, you will be directed to a voice mail. If you have a true emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
