Medical equipment that can be supplied to needy clients, depending on their insurance coverage, include nebulizer machines, blood pressure and blood sugar monitors, and home respiratory care machines. Charter Medical Center has an in-house lab so that our patients do not have to go to an outside facility to have their labs drawn. This is operated by Quest labs, one of the biggest medical laboratory group nationwide. Direct phone line to the lab is 972-298-2287. If you have any questions for the lab, patients and visitors are advised to phone the lab directly.
Patients at Charter Medical Center have access to an online Patient Portal which allows them to communicate with ease with the facility as long as they have Internet access. This easy-to-use portal can be used at any time, 24 hours a day, with a username and password. First-time patients to the clinic will be sent a link to their email with instructions to set this up. Using the Patient Portal, the patient can view labs, imaging results and other tests, check their medical information and confirm their appointments. They can also send and receive messages from the physician and office staff without having to telephone the doctor's office. And of course, the patient can also make a request for an appointment or leave a message for the physician or his staff through the Contact button on this website!
